BurdaStyle Contest Entry - Mermaid Scale Dress.
The contest was based on using a basic pattern by Burda that entrants could alter as they desired. I hand-dyed the silk fabric and hand stitched each circular cut-out of fabric to create a “scale” effect. This was the winning entry for the contest.
