The Periwinkle Place Collection was an entry for a design contest at Chico’s where I worked as an Assistant Designer. Chico’s began as a folk art store and I was inspired by the traditional techniques, aesthetic and craftsmanship of the work from Mexico as well as artisan pieces from modern runway fashion.
